Orchardgrass
Orchardgrass provides excellent pasture and hay with easy establishment. It provides rapid regrowth which makes it a good companion for legumes and will grow during the summer months when other grasses are not as productive. Orchardgrass is an aggressive, high yielding, bunchgrass which is most palatable when young. It is drought tolerant and performs best in well drained soil.
